Buyer Beware

| What a piece of JUNK! This was truly a waste of my hard earned money that I bought from Best Buy after I probably did not do enough research. The salesman at Best Buy said that it was a great middle of the road unit. However, it was my fault for not researching more thoroughly. It worked for 1 year and 3 months and then would not read any discs. Panasonic customer service sucks ("TAKE IT TO A SERVICE CENTER" after being transferred and put on hold until I was ready to explode) and Best Buy said "I told you so" about the extended warranty, which I never get "suckered" in to. Well, woe is me! Anyway, my suggestion would be to stay away from this and any other Panasonic surround sound system due to all of the negatives and failures. I can say that I have a Panasonic TV (8 yrs. old), a Panasonic phone and a Panasonic camera that have all been carefree. |
