Don't Even Bother

| I was ecstatic to find a combo TV/VCR/DVD in a 14" size. It was perfect for the stand in my bedroom. The picture was good and the sound was excellent. The only problem was IT NEVER WORKED AFTER 2 MONTHS!!!!!!!!! I bought this TV in August and I have had it in the shop twice for the same problem. It worked fine the first two months but after that (coincidentally right before the warranty expired) it would just shut off for no reason. When I tried to turn it back on, nothing. It has now been in the shop for over 3 weeks and they still can't fix the problem. When I looked at this TV in one of the retail stores, the salesperson told me that there were a lot of problems with this TV but I figured maybe I would be lucky and have good luck. WRONG!! I should have listened but didn't and now I have a piece of junk. Buyers beware. Stick with the reliables like Sony and Panasonic. I've had my 27" Sony TV since 1994 and the picture is as beautiful as the first day I bought it. I just wish those companies made a combo tv/vcr/dvd. |
