| As to date, I have had no problems with the remote and I love how easy it is to operate. Set up with windows Vista was no problem and I was up and running in about 30 min. My wife, who is a little tech challenged, was having no problems after a couple days. Once I showed her the help button and basic operation she too has no problems using the remote.
The only downfall so far has been switching from say watching TV to DVD without turning off the whole system and then turning things back on to get everything on and set the right way. I am sure it is my programing skills and not the function of the remote but I have not figured out how to set up the correct macro for it yet. Once again I am sure its me and not the remote. I love how the remote lights up when you pick it up and how the keys are set up. If it were about 1/2 inch wider the keys could be slightly bigger so my stubby fingers could use it easier, however, once your are used to it you dont notice it. Overall, I not only love the remote but I have shown it to friends who now have purchased there own. |
