Starting to freeze up
|
The Humax HFA 100 is great when it's working, but it's now stuck on one channel. The station can't be changed. The remote doesn't work. The buttons on the tuner itself don't do anything. The unit can't be turned off. Nothing works to fix the problem, including unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in. When plugged back in, the unit is still on and frozen on that one station.
I will call tomorrow to see how their customer service is. I'm not looking forward to doing this since others have had bad experiences with this company. |
