| I love my iHome IH4, but when the connection between the iPod and the speaker dock unit started giving me problems (and eventually quit altogether) just a few months into my ownership, I was quite bummed. I contacted the iHome company via email, stating my enjoyment of their product and asked if repair was a feasible option. Their response was prompt and the issue was dealt with completely and efficiently. I am beyond impressed with their dedication to their customers and willingness to amend the problem, even outside of the unit's warranty. I can't guarantee others will share my experience, but I couldn't be happier! |
