Initial DTV-262 26" HD-Ready LCD TV/DVD Combo (Silver) description Now you can work, play, and enjoy a wealth of digital entertainment--including vivid DVD movies and video feeds from DTV receivers--from a compact and stylish flat-panel television. Initial's DTV-262 combination LCD TV and slot-loading DVD player doubles as a computer monitor. The set's 26-inch, anti-glare screen is configured in a 16:9 aspect ratio to closely match the original frame dimensions of your favorite feature films. A handy media port accepts streaming media via USB 1.1 connection and also reads image files off SD, MMC, and Memory Stick flash-memory. The DVD player offers shuffle and program play modes, and it spins JPEG image CDs and Kodak Picture CDs in additional DVD-Video discs. Additional DVD features include zoom/shrink playback (2x, 3x, 4x; 1/2x, 1/3x, 1/4x) fast forward and reverse playback (2x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 16x, 32x), frame-by-frame playback, and a screen saver/power-saving function. The player's firmware is upgradeable. Connect additional components via 2 composite-video inputs or the unit's HD-compatible component-video inputs. For your PC, you get a choice of either standard RGB analog (15-pin D-Sub) or cutting-edge, direct-digital DVI-I. Composite- and S-video outputs let you pass a video signal to a digital video recorder or VCR. The set's built-in left/right speakers are powered by 6 watts each.
