A must have DVD/VHS combo

| This machine is great! Easy to use, records everything from pre-recorded VHS to direct satellite broadcasts to TiVo archives (unlike the Sony RDR-VX 555 which I also considered). The difference the up-converting makes in watching regular DVDs is noticeable; don't think it's true 1080i, but it's definitely a great picture (I have a 50" Pioneer Plasma). |
