great speakers and great sound
|
| I recieved these speakers for christmas from my wife. They were on sale for 40 dollars at sears on black friday. Last week I went to circuit city and purchased a reciever unit for 60 dollars. This was a discontiued floor model shearwood 500watt unit. I installed the speakers on my garage facing my pool and patio. The sound is amazing. There is no distortion even at high volume levels. I can here the sound thoughout the whole backyard. I may purchase some fake rock speakers to complete the surround sound experience but I am happy with these. The only thing that is a bummer is the ackward way that you have to install the bracket and speaker wire onto the speaker before mounting. Other wise you can't get your hand back there to install the wire or to position which direction you want the speaker to face. |
