Dolby(R) Virtual Speaker technology, lets this amazing little setup deliver the full effect of a large, 5.1 home theater system with just two satellites, a subwoofer, and an A/V center. Available in a black finish that fits easily into any décor, the CS-500 gives you home theater speakers and subwoofer in one easy-to-install package. Through Klipsch Tractrix(R) Horn technology, this compact home theater system delivers clear, lifelike sound. It also produces more output using less energy. The down-firing sub utilizes a powerful 6.5" woofer for booming lows and crisp dialogue. Due to its compact size, it can easily be hidden away and still deliver dramatic low-end effects. The Klipsch CS-500 2.1 home theater system features a built-in Class D amplifier that distributes 35 watts of power to each satellite and 100 watts of power to the subwoofer. It includes Dolby(R) Virtual Speaker technology, along with a progressive scan DVD/CD player, AM/FM tuner, and three auxiliary inputs. High-definition signals can be passed through a component output and all auxiliary input connections are combined into a single connection to the TV. An easy-to-use universal IR remote control directs all system functions, as well as those of the TV and other entertainment devices. The CS-500 can be set up and operating in as little as 10 minutes.
