| Maybe other reviewers are using the wrong OS. I've been using the same LaCie external drive for over 4 years now, through 2 OS's and various inceptions of them without a hitch. The drive continues to work without any effort from me. I've been using LaCie since back in the days of SCSI peripherals and they've never steered me wrong. Top notch quality, top notch support. Of course though, I'm using a Mac, so there may be some disparity in the level of support other OS's provide their peripherals as well as the support offered by the manufacturer. Which ever the case, LaCie treats its Mac users well. |
