Magnavox 15MF400T 15" LCD TV description A great choice for smaller rooms like the bedroom or kitchen, the 15-inch Magnavox 15MF400 LCD TV/monitor offers the versatility to easily switch back and forth between TV viewing and your computer monitor. It comes with a built-in 181-channel NTSC tuner that can accommodate up to 125 cable channels. It has a removable table stand, and the set can be wall-mounted with optional hardware. The 15MF400 has a 1024 x 768-pixel resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio for standard definition television viewing. It also offers a 250 cd/m2 (candela per square meter) brightness rating, 16 ms (millisecond) response time for viewing fast-moving content with minimal blurring, and a 400:1 contrast ratio. (The higher the contrast ratio, the greater a TV's ability to display subtle color details and not get washed out by ambient room light.) The 2D comb filter separates chrominance (color) from luminance (brightness) information in the video signal for independent processing to improve picture resolution and minimize distortion.
