| I ordered the Oster 2605 hand blender in October '06,,, in April '07 the plastic on the blending rod attachment cracked in half and I could no longer use it. I emailed the company and in two days I had a reply telling me a replacement rod was being shipped right out to me, no charge. I had the piece a week later. This was the second hand blender I purchased in a year and I really thought I was going to have to buy a third one. I was thrilled at how easy it was to get it fixed. |
