Ok for an extra DVD for the kids or bedroom

| Bought this at HH Gregg for $20 when they had employee family pricing. I wasn't expecting much for the price, so I'm not disappointed. It plays most movies ok. It loads a little slow and the remote is a little stiff. Subtitles don't seem to work too well. I tried watching the Seinfeld DVD's with the "Notes about nothing" on. It cut a lot of them off. You could probably get a better DVD player for $10 more. But if you are just looking for something to have in your room or the kids room, it's decent, though not for $40. Definitely not a living room DVD player. |
