OK For the Money

| This unit is classed as a lightwieght rotator. It IS NOT suitable for very large Ham antennas or for use in very high (over 50') situations, this is my opinion. That said I am unsing a Wineguard 9095 8' antenna for HD broadcasts and it is not necessary for me to rotate the unit very much. The remote works fine and I recommemd zeroing the unit AFTER you install it but BEFORE you put the antenna on it. Use a piece of white tape with a black mark to see the movement. My only gripe is in the VERY scimpy control wire, it is very thin and should be tossed out and replaced with a more heavy guage 4 conductor wire. |
