DO NOT GET THIS PLAYER

Here's 3 reasons why you should NOT get this player:
1. IT DOES NOT PLAY ALL BLU-RAY DVDS. All new Blu-Ray dvds will not play even AFTER the firmware update. (I've tested Planet Earth and AppleSeed Blu-ray dvds and they did not work)
2. THIS PLAYER CANNOT BE UPDATED TO PROFILE 2.0 FIRWARE (When it comes out in Q4) DUE TO THE LACK OF HARDWARE LIMITATIONS. This player is already outdated.
3. SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRID!! SO JUST RETURN IT TO AMAZON OR WHERE EVER YOU BOUGHT IT AND BUY YOURSELF A PS3. WHERE A PS3 PLAYS BOTH GAMES AND BLU-RAY DVDS NEW AND OLD.
