A respectable TV for casual users

I was not disappointed. I can't compare it feature-by-feature to similar models; all I can say is that it is fit for my particular use: to watch Today in the morning and various prime-time network TV at night.
The picture is vibrant, the sound is clear, and the overall look of the unit is clean in my modern kitchen counter. It is a perfect compliment to my Target toaster and Bunn coffee maker.
The remote is intelligently laid out and easy to use. It does not toggle up or down quite as quickly as my other TV remotes.
The picture is surprisingly clear at extreme angles and at a distance.
My unit was refurbished by Sharp and covered under a limited factory warranty. It can also be mounted on a wall using a standard monitor wall mount device.
After using it for over a month, I am very pleased. But most of my pleasure comes from the fact I paid under $200 for a flat panel LCD TV tuner. In a few months, this price point may be the norm; when I bought this unit, it was a fairly exceptional deal. |
