| Not worth buying. I got screwed into buying this piece of so called software that says it calculates mortgages and is flexible. It will only calculate a monthly payment no weekly payments. There is a Budget Organizer that mostly anyone can do without. As for the comparaison between Renting and buying it is useless if you want to buy and have the cash. The whole thing is MADE FOR THE US NOT FOR CANADA. In all it is not worth buying. The only piece of information that could be usefull is the Glossary of term for the amateur. A good advice - Consult a Mortgage Broker you will be way ahead. I want my money back! |
