Picture failed after a week and no customer service
|
| We purchased this item locally and after a week the picture failed. We have been trying for a month now to get warranty work done and all attempts to reach Sylvania "customer service" by email and phone have been ignored. Sylvania USED TO BE a quality product, I know as I worked for them in the 70's, but now they are owned by Funai Corporation. We have learned the hard way and will never purchase anything with the Sylvania or Funai brand again. Save your money and get some other unit. You will be glad you did. |
