Toshiba High Capacity 8 cell battery

| My OEM bat went bad on my Toshiba Satellite 105; after using it for a year. This was due to never unplugging it and letting the bat go thru charge re charge cycles. I'm mobile again with the new bat and get around 2hr 16min per my bat meter when I unplug. I'm using openSuse for a OS and it has no problems monitoring the bat. With the wi-fi turned off you may get longer run time. Toshiba is not know for being battery friendly as far as holding a charge. Can be a real energy hog. |
