| I have recently bought a new laptop with Windows Vista and went to install this product (I bought it at CompUSA) and it comes with an upgrade for Vista. I have yet to get it to work with my Gen 3 Green Ipod Nano. I have tried reinstalling the product 3 times and nothing. I went to their "help" website and am now waiting for a response from them. Or I could have paid $24.95 for 10 mins of tech support and $2.95 for each additional min--I will wait and see if they get back to me. But that is the advice I can give to others just wait before you spend the $30 on this product and get your laptop in order. | |
