Yamaha NS-C525 Custom Series 2-Way Acoustic Suspension Center Channel Speaker, Black (Single) description Hailing from Yamaha's Custom series, this NS-C525 two-way center channel speaker puts the perfect finishing touch on your home theater system. The speaker is housed in a relatively compact mitered construction cabinet with a luxurious black wood finish designed to complement a variety of audio components and TVs. More importantly, the speaker meets Yamaha's high standards for natural sound reproduction thanks to its pair of Advanced PMD (Polymer-injected Mica Diaphragm) 4-inch cone woofers and 1.12-inch aluminum dome tweeter, which combine to produce a frequency response of 57 Hz to 50 kHz. The woofers are made of Poly-Menthyl-Penten, a durable material that's 15 percent lighter than most other driver designs.
