Yamaha RX-N600: Who needs HDMI
|
I have had the unit for 4 months now and am still excited about it. The sound quality is excellent no matter the source! FM, iPod, CD, DVD, Mini Disc, PC, External Hard Drive, and Internet Radio (even from Germany) all sound great! The assortment of sound configurations available on this unit could even make 8-track a viable format. (it's in your mama's basement with the FAX machine)
Why say that this unit is preferable to HDMI? To get all the features of this unit with HDMI you would have to spend another $1,000 dollars! Component video through this puppy is beautiful!
Bottom Line: If your a geek who loves bleeding edge but has 2 kids and a mortgage, THIS IS THE UNIT FOR YOU! |
