Headphone jack does not stay in the female receptacle

I bought this adapter to allow me to use my iPhone with different headphones and also allow me to use the iPhone in my car with my car's AUX in.
Pros: The unit does extend all four connectors (Left, Right, Mic, Ground/-) so that you can use your iPhone headphones Mic or other headphones that have a mic in them.
Cons: After about a week the dongle/adapter would not keep any male headphone jack in the dongles female receptacle. The male plug on the dongle is fine and stays in the iPhone perfectly, but you literally have to hold your headphone's male jack into the dongle's female receptacle making the adapter useless. I would look elsewhere for a different product. |
